"Casa Nova" is situated in the city centre, near  Massimo Theatre and not far from such monuments as Politeama Theatre, the Cathedral, the Church of St. Ignatius all'Olivella, Porta Carini and other beautiful Churchs of Palermo.
It looks to one of Palermo's four historical and popular markets: Capo, in which you can buy typical products and visit  some churches.
Close to Casa Nova, there are many pubs, restourants, bars, alternative clubs.
From Casa Novait's possible to move easly by feet or by bus; the train station is far about 500 metres; you can arrive to the airport by bus or by underground (i.e.train). City port is far from our B&B about 500 metres.
In Palermo there are many other attractions such as the famous Pellegrino Mountain, at the top of which is possible to watch Palemo's gulf and  visit  St. Rosalia Sanctuary; the seasides such as Mondello and Sferracavallo.
Not far from Palermo there are also interesting places: Bagheria (Guttuso city) and Monreale with its wonderful Cathedral and Cloister.
Casa Nova Guest Houseis placed on the second floor of a palace built in the early decades of XX century, provided with lift.
It has four rooms with double bed, two of which have the third single bed, all with TV. Our guests can smoke in all the rooms, because there are windows or balconies.
Bathrooms, next to the rooms, are provided with shower and a kit including soap and shampoo.

The living is comfortable and warm; here our guests can listen to the music, watch TV, read a book (we have Italian, English, French, German books), or enjoy Sicilian climate by balconies.
